Employee Empowerment
The Musical Program for
The conservatory offers companies and startups a special program for empowering employees through music. With various masterclasses - from the history of music, through opera, to composing studies and musical creation - we will create a one-time or continuous program of study, group experience, and personal development for the staff, corresponding with their professional role. Music, like working in the innovation domains, develops and renews thanks to its reliance on enjoyment from the professional process, research and discovery.

Between Music Education and Professional Work
The world of music is vast, rich and diverse, and contains a variety of aspects related to the development of the individual and their abilities. Exposure to the worlds of music learning, practical experience, group creation, and artistic-creative thinking - can enhance essential qualities in each employee and in a team, at any level and in any role. Practice in Music, even in its most basic form - brings pleasure, intellectual stimulation, an atmosphere of creation and experience, and some new sounds to the office.
The Skills Involved
Leadership and Management
Through close study of the conductor’s ways, leading his team to success in the challenge of performing - we can learn about leadership and team management structures. Experience in leading ensembles also allows the various members to take the stage.
Stress Management
Musicians face enormous stress, and their lifestyles are intense and challenging. The exercises that musicians have developed throughout history in order to deal with these are used today in many professional fields as key to strengthening mental resilience.
Creative Thinking
Artistic thinking, required in any contact with the musical field - brings one to a spirit of creation and work, freer self-expression, and encourages problem-solving in an un-set manner.
Teaching and Intuition
Musical learning and musical creation leads to awakening and inspiration. Musicians’ sharp intuition requires constant practice and development, and the "creative muscles" have it in their power to take us to the next level at work and even open a door to unfamiliar creative worlds.
Creating Collaborations and Listening
Studies show that collaborative musical activity that requires synchronization, such as playing in an ensemble or singing in a choir, requires participants to develop empathy. Musical activity requires listening to the environment, and adapting to it - hence helps the ability to listen.
Performance in front of an audience
Every concert is a presentation, and every solo is an elevator pitch. The process artists go through on their way to performing in front of an audience - preparation of mind and body, concentration, and efficient preparation - and the performance itself - are what entitle them to thunderous applause.
